Candidate Profile
Admission Interview
Candidate Statement
Parent Statement
Current grades and official transcript from previous two years
Current English Teacher Recommendation
Current Math Teacher Recommendation
Personal Recommendation
Principal/Counselor Recommendation
Special Interest Recommendation (optional)
Official copy of standardized test results (optional)
