SPS GXC win Lakes Region Race

Congratulations to both the Girls varsity and JV XC teams for winning the Lakes Region Championship. Five varsity squad members finished in the top 10:  Aedyn Kourakos (20:34, 2^nd), Olivia Blanchard (22:31, 6^th), Mackenzie Barrette (22:55, 8^th), Brooks Boyd (23:05, 9^th) and Ali Cabot (23:08, 10^th). SPS swept the JV race with Katy Scott (23:13) winning the overall race, Maddie Chang (24:03) coming in second, and Sophia Zhang (24:08) coming in third.  Sydney Magnus (25:28) came in fourth and Nausicaa Chu also finished in the top 10 with an 8^th place finish. PRs were achieved by Sophia Zhang, Shea Sias, and India Lathrop. What a terrific ending to the Lakes Region season!
