SPS VFH Takes First Win of the Season Against Rivers

SPS Varsity Field Hockey pulled out their first season victory with a 2-1 win over Rivers at home. Cami Bell ‘24 delivered a goal in a tussle in front of the net. A second goal came when Bella Perry ‘25 shot the ball off a pass from Charlotte Wensley ‘24. Hustle and heart from the whole team, a very fit and disciplined SPS squad, kept the momentum in the Pelicans’ favor. Notably, Wensley, Perry, and Addie Pinard ‘25, stepped up and kept SPS knocking for 60 minutes, delivering a big W for the Big Red!
