Britt joined St. Paul’s School in the fall of 2022 as the Associate Dean of Admission and Director of International Recruitment. In addition to working in the Admission office, Britt coaches cross country, works in the dorm, and advises.
 
Prior to joining the SPS community, Britt spent a year in Los Olivos, California at the Dunn School in the role of Associate Director of Admission and found time to explore all the Central Coast has to offer and picked up some surfing skills along the way. Before her move west, Britt spent eight years at Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts in the role of Director of International Recruitment in the Admission Office, Cross Country Program Director, House Head, and Assistant Freestyle Skiing and Snowboarding coach.
 
Britt earned a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Mount Holyoke College in the spring of 2022.
 
Britt and her fiancé Scott, Associate Director of College Advising, live on campus.
