Dr. Theresa J. Ferns ’84, the Vice Rector for School Life, oversees all aspects of residential and student life here at St. Paul’s School. Theresa graduated from SPS with the Form of 1984 and continued on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Notre Dame and her Master’s and PhD in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. Prior to returning to SPS as a faculty member, Theresa worked in private practice in the Concord area for several years.

Theresa has dedicated over 25 years to adolescent experience and remains focused on supporting adolescent development and community wellness for our students.

Outside of her work here at St. Paul’s School, Theresa enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family and their Saint Bernard.
